vaccine policy
At East Nashville Pediatrics, we are committed to providing the highest level of care for our patients. This includes vaccinating children according to the schedule outlined by the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics, which has been rigorously tested for safety and efficacy.
East Nashville Pediatrics requires that all patients follow this recommended schedule except in the rare instance of a medical contraindication to immunizations. These will be taken on a case by case basis, discussed directly with a physician.
Our pediatricians are always happy to discuss questions about vaccines at your child’s next well visit and if needed, help your child get caught-up on any delayed immunizations as soon as possible.
For new or transferring patients, please provide immunization records prior to your child’s first visit. These may be faxed to (615)-622-8901.
