Secure Texting with Spruce

We are pleased to offer a HIPAA secure, free and easy, text messaging service as a convenient feature for busy parents. You can even send us pictures or PDF!

• We recommend that parents download the Spruce App for their personal devices. It can also be accessed on your computer. Each parent must create a separate account using their own name and phone number.

• When sending us a message, please be sure to include your child’s full name and date of birth.

• Spruce messaging is not a replacement for an evaluation. We may recommend that you schedule an appointment with a pediatrician to fully address a concern or question sent via Spruce.

• During office hours, we will respond to messages as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent medical concern or question, please always give our office a call. Messages sent outside of office hours may not be responded to until the next business day.

• Please note that medications will not be called in when the office is closed.
