Cancellation policy

We understand life happens, but we also do our best to respect the time of our staff and other patients.

Here are a few policies to keep in mind.

If you know know you will be late or have an unexpected conflict, please call/text our office @ (615) 882-4900 so we can reschedule.

Late Policy

• Patients arriving more than 10 minutes past their appointment time will be offered a later appointment, if available.

• Patients arriving more than 20 minutes past their appointment time will be considered a “no-show.”

• Two “no-show” or same-day cancellations per family may result in dismissal from the practice.

CancellationS & no-shows

• We reserve the right to decline to reschedule patients who “no-show” their first appointment.

• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 fee.

• “No-show” appointments may be subject to a $50 fee.
