Our team is happy to assist with questions, however we ask that all families please reach out to your insurance company directly prior to your child’s first visit to confirm coverage and benefits.

East Nashville Pediatrics will bill the insurance you provide us at the time of service. We ask that you bring your child’s insurance card at every visit to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information in your account.

All copays are due at time of service and as part of the contract between you and your insurance carrier, we are unable to waive these for any reason.

If your child has a TennCare or CoverKids, please contact them directly to designate East Nashville Pediatrics as your child’s PCP before your child’s first appointment.

  • We are NOT in-network with BCBS EPO plan at this time.

  • If you have a BCBS plan affiliated with another state, please give them a call to see if the office is in-network with your plan.
